He walked me through every step necessary to connect my motor to my keypad! AND we were successful in a matter of 10 minutes. He was patient and really kind. He also did this after I got off work which also was a huge help, being that I’m an RN with crazy hours. I couldn’t recommend anyone better than John truly. Torsion spring broke and I couldn’t open the door. My Car was trapped in the garage. He came, replaced, and made the door quieter than it’s ever been. He was able to balance the door. He is honest and is only interested about the customers satisfaction. He is a mechanic par excellence. He has forgotten what most other garage door repairman and salesman will never know. He is so friendly, personable, honest, reasonably-priced and punctual. I called him at noon and he was able to squeeze me in a couple of hours later. He does great work! He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me how to fix it without even needing to come by. It worked like a charm. I was so surprised by John's knowledge and honesty. I will definitely use him if/when I need him again and will recommend him highly!
